In the field of assessments and evaluations, under the leadership of the technical specialist, Brightson has well trained and qualified researchers to enable you carry out an exclusive research activity. In this field Brightson does rapid and need assessments, baseline surveys, evaluation, third party monitoring and data collections consultancies. We have a lead consultant and support staffs that are, besides their professional qualifications, given step by step mentorship and coaching trough out a consultancy exercise to make maximum use of available resources and produce quality and verifiable outputs for our client. Each time there is a consultancy, our pool of enumerators and supervisors are given an exercise specific refresher training to make sure that customer needs are met.
